Outgoing vs Land vs Water Vapor

Water vapor follows ocean temperatures and does not cause them, nor does it cause changes in radiative flux. Net flux tracks seasonal changes, not ocean surface temperatures. Surface temperature anomalies do not reflect in radiative flux changes, so can not be reflective of “greenhouse gas” effects. Continue reading
