Do temperatures HAVE a mean?

The computations of AGW and a “Global Average Temperature” are based on an assumption about the distribution of the data that is likely in error. It is more likely to be a Cauchy / Lorentz Distribution than a Standard Normal Distribution, IMHO. This needs a “Dig Here” to answer. Continue reading
