Something Extraordinary In Resolve

I was looking to write a bit about the “Color Revolutions” and suggest that perhaps much of what we are seeing now with BL Matter and Democrat Riots and all was in the mold of a Color Revolution for the USA… Several web searches showed others had already reached that conclusion. I may return to that post attempt in some future time, but this seems to cover it already.

Side note to Gail: You need to “dig here” in this person’s site. She has what my spouse would call “The Mama Bear” attitude. I think you two would get along well ;-)

Along the way I ran into a page that essentially covered that turf, and likely as good or better than I would. Wondering “Who is this?”, I hit what was the closest thing to the “about” box. What I found was a most Extraordinary Resolve Rant. I am going to quote it in full, just so that it can not be lost via an update or retirement later. First though, the Color posting:

Seeing the connection and making the posting a full 4 months before me. Gotta like that!

The Color Revolution Comes to America … and the color is RED not BLACK

The recent uptick in racial terrorism in America has caught the imagination of the public at large. There are many responses to this development, ranging from “clutch the pearls shocked” to far more sanguine thoughts. I won’t dwell on that aspect, but will address the role of this spate of events and the American development of the so-called “Color Revolution”.

What is a “color revolution”? you may ask… it is a concept developed by Gene Sharp of the Albert Einstein Foundation (currently run out of his home near Logan Airport in Boston).

Now what I found particularly interesting about this is that they had swum upstream to the source, found it, and had resources available to back it up. As I’m fond of that process too, it was a refreshing moment for me. “Know your enemy” and “Read their stuff” are important understandings.

You may read all about the concept at and

You can read all of his other works from the links at I highly recommend reading his work, it is well thought out and flat out works. It can also be used AGAINST tyranny at home. Consider it a free source book on local, non-violent resistance. Download all his works while you still can.

So “hit the link” and download the “opposition research” that’s all laid out for you ready to go.

One more bit of ‘tease’ if the above wasn’t quite enough:

Color Revolutions are generally non-violent political revolutions that use students, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and identity politics to overthrow existing power structures. The history of “color revolutions” really is the path of American hegemony over the globe. Consider if you will the map of known color revolutions, and the before/after comparisons regarding American interests (business and political, NOT the average person).

Color Revolutions use gradual escalation to force regimes to overplay their hand, which generates international pressure and opprobrium to “change”. The useful idiots at the front lines are “martyred” and fuel further activity. Established rule of law is stymied and paralyzed, then swept away in favor of globalist structures. These structures are often associated with the likes of George Soros and the cabal of globalists, sellouts and the “elite”.

My, but it has that wonderful feeling of enlightenment about it. Someone “with clue” having done the long slog and neatly organized things as a gift to those not walking point…

Then, up at the top, I noticed an interesting lead-in. What usually just says “See the ‘about’ box for more about me” had a bit more ‘edge’ to it.

If you want to know what this blog is about, read this FIRST: Rebuttal or LISTEN: JoeKodayPodcast

Rebuttal? Rebuttal to what? I wondered. Seems it was a response to a “progressive” who had tried the usual emotional intimidation tactics on someone in ‘Mama Bear Mode’… Gotta love the result… Quoted in full:

My Rebuttal to a Progressive who Admonished Me to Play Nice ….

The following rebuttal is mine alone. I do not speak for my husband, for my friends, for my children, but solely for myself.

I am tired of being told to sit down and shut up.

I am tired of being told what I can and can not say.

What is “acceptable”, while my ideas and values are mocked and trampled.

Enough. I have had enough.

I remained stoic when your acolytes spit on my car and called my husband a “baby killer” when I crossed through your phalanx at Walter Reed to take my children for medical care. I refused to respond as you smashed your fists into the hood of my car, destroyed my mirrors with bottles and keyed my doors in California, my children mute and terrified as you screamed your hate and bile.

I remained calm the day after 9/11 when the progressives in my office, in typical overwrought hyperbole of your side, were shrieking about “TANKS IN THE STREETS”, when in fact it was nothing more than two National Guardsman, fresh-face boys of about 19, stationed at an intersection, armed with whistles and a Humvee, deployed as extra eyes and ears two blocks from the White House.

I stayed silent when your leadership called my friends and my husbands’ colleagues “Cold Blooded Killers” and judged them guilty in the court of media opinion.

I turned the other cheek when your liberal propaganda outfits refused to report on the humanitarian success stories in Iraq and Afghanistan, but delighted in the roll call of the lost as a way to bludgeon and demoralize our military.

I stopped listening to CNN and MSNBC when they openly reported lies about Marines in OIF – I know– my husband was one of them.

I began paying attention to FOX news when only they – Oliver North, Bill Hemmer and like-minded conservatives like G. Gordon Liddy, had the courage to travel into the most dangerous parts of the battlespace to actually report on the successes of the surge, rather than filing reports that affirmed the narrative of the LSM from behind the Jersey barriers of the Green Zone.

I have been silent long enough. I have bent, I have yielded, I have endured slander, dishonesty, ad hominem attacks and actual physical threats.

Anger is a powerful motivator.

I began to push back. The first time was when I decided to counter demonstrate against the Code Pink harridans who had set up shop outside the Pvt Bolio gate at the Defense Language Institute on November 18, 2007 to ostensibly run a “Torture Teach-In” and to demonize and excoriate our troops.

Approaching them first with logic, facts and civility didn’t work.
I explained that the School of Americas isn’t even on the west coast (it’s on the east coast), and has nothing to do with the mission of DLI.

That pertinent fact was “irrelevant” and dismissed.

I then patiently explained that the SOA does not teach “torture”, and that policy is in contravention to the doctrine of our military forces.

I was called a liar.

I tried a third time to explain that my husband had just returned from a tour of duty in Iraq where he was an advisor to the Iraqi army, and he had specifically advised them against torture as a method of intelligence gathering and intimidation.

I was called naïve.

So, you see, I have had multiple first hand encounters where it has been obvious that your side is intellectually lazy, refuses to do their own research, and dismisses facts that don’t fit with the pre-established narrative.

I then disengaged, but not before telling them I was personally very proud of my husband, and the thousands of other men and women in uniform, who chose to defend their right to conduct protests, (even fallacious ones) against US policy and the military, but asked simply that they honor that by being at least honest with their facts and information.

No acknowledgment.

My girlfriends and I then retreated to my home where we elected to play by their rules and stage a protest against their encampment and Islamofascist “love-in”. We tried very hard to channel our best moonbattery, but it was difficult, since we were still tethered to reality.

Some of our signage included:

I will never be a Dhimmi.
Hands off my clitoris.
Got Freedom – Thank a Vet!
My husband fights for your right to protest!

We staged ourselves on the sidewalk on Lighthouse Avenue, with our backs to Camp Pink(o), and facing the oncoming traffic.

We got honks, cheers, chuckles, and a plethora of thumbs-up out of the windows of passing cars.
In very liberal, deep blue Monterey.

The Pinkies were very pleased with this turn of events, and started to cheer as well when cars gave us an energetic “toot-toot” of approval.

Then we turned around to face them and showed them our signs.

Some moments in time are priceless. That is one I will cherish for a long time. The look of the faces of the Camp Pink(o) will be forever etched in my mind.

The Left likes to use what they believe to be witty signage (although I am not sure how BUSHCHIMPHITLER qualifies as “witty”), props and sheer numbers of die hard believers and rent-a-students to validate the “justness” of their cause-du-jour and to manufacture a sense of widespread support for their “issue”.

So we took your tools and began to employ them against you. And you don’t like it very much. Except we don’t have to pay anyone to come to our rallies, and that just infuriates you further.

I don’t “do” protests, because I think the time and resources are better employed elsewhere. I also don’t do sarcasm and contempt well either, because I prefer to discuss facts and measurable outcomes, but you have framed the terms of the engagement, and I am learning as fast as I can.

Contrary to your false accusations against the genesis of the Tea Party, I began protesting the bailouts before Obama was selected and around the time that McCain had elected to suspend his campaign in order to rush back to Washington to sell us all out.

I went to the big April 15th rally with a “violent” sign forged from pink posterboard which simply stated, “Give all of Congress Pink Slips”. Frightening imagery, I know.

I went to the first 9/12 rally in DC, which you did your best to disrupt by shutting down the orange metro line and turning away buses, and which your scribes and stenographers diminished and which the White House refused to acknowledge. We weren’t deterred. We were there. We knew the size of the crowd – and more importantly – the fastness of their determination. A sleeping giant had been awakened.

I went to 8-28 and to the following 9-12 rally. I began commenting on blogs, writing letters to the editor, and showing up for Tea Party strategy sessions.

I donated money to outlier Tea Party candidates who were mocked by the “all knowing” media and had been dismissed by the Establishment. Some of them actually won. They are the hired mercenaries of the Tea Party. Do not underestimate or misunderstand their mission and their support. They are on the front lines in the upcoming battle of ideas and the direction of our nation.

No where in the history of civilization has the welfare state succeeded over the long term. From Plato to Thatcher, warnings about the propensity for the professional politicians to expand the looting of the public treasury and to debase the currency as a mechanism for retaining power has been well documented and a rallying cry for sound money and conservative principles.

I challenge you to name one state where it has survived longer than two generations, for it is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme predicated on the willingness of our youth to voluntarily shackle themselves.

You have seized the public schools and the universities and conducted a purge of any non-compliant conservatives; a massive re-education for the faculty was in order. You believe you can turn our children against us. Unfortunately for you, all it takes is one look at their first paycheck as working adults for them to question the validity of your wealth redistributive economic policies. Homeschooling, constitutionally upheld, is on the rise; Ron Paul now fills college auditoriums, while the Won struggles to fill them without piggybacking on the coat tails of a free pop concert.

Your side knows you can not prevail on the battlefield of open and honest ideas, so you retreat behind the fortification of expanded regulation, unelected czars who rule by decree and diktat, and a boy-king who is being urged by the janissaries to complete the transformation to a totalarian state by executive orders.

Except, that to emplace your policies and “vision” requires the consent of the people. You can not hire enough guards, build enough prisons, operate enough courts to entrap and control the whole population of these (for-now) united states. It only takes a small percentage of dissenters, non-conformists and cascading acts of strategic civil disobedience to bring your entire command-and-control crashing all around you. Decapitating by legal and tax retributive means, a few titular heads of the resistance, will only serve to strengthen and embolden the diffuse movement. Look back at how the Solidarity movement was organized and how it ultimately prevailed before you declare Victory.

Your side has chosen to engage in a low-level, asymmetric campaign for decades. Deceit, dishonesty and exploiting the mechanisms of state have been your weapons.

Unfortunately for you, you can no longer hide and your methods have been revealed and exposed for what they are. The Fabian operational concepts are only successful when they are hidden and cloaked in disingenuous “narrative”. Thousands now are aware of, and have read, Alinsky and his fellow socialists and have formulated a counter strategy.

At first, your team mocked and lied and delighted in debasing our ideals and beliefs. Why wouldn’t you feel confident? It had worked so well in the past, and you had the stenography class to support you.

Then you lowered yourselves even further by deriding anyone not in agreement with your viewpoint as “low information voters”. Given what we know now about the mortgage fraud, the chicanery of the stimulus, the hidden deceptions of Obamacare … who, pray tell, is the “low information” voter?

You were jubilant November, 2008. You strutted, you crowed, you reveled. Newsweek triumphantly declared, “We are all Socialists Now!”.

Except for one thing. You misunderstood the battlespace. You failed to recognize the numbers who stayed home rather than vote for a progressive RINO like McCain. You misread the temperment of the people, who wanted an end to the theft, the lies, the spending, the corruption and the deceit. Instead, you doubled down.

The people went underground. Everyday work folk, alarmed at the rising tide of tyranny and the rhetoric of hate, weary of the false accusations and the lies, joined the libertarian and conservatives and forged an underground resistance. The town halls in that raucous summer were not an aberration – they are the new norm. Get used to it.

Word spread – from uncensored blogs, to private e-mails and forwarded commentary, meet-ups large and small, the resistance grew and strengthened. There were gatherings of the clans across the nation. The movement began to grown organically, a leadership structure evolved, and a long term plan developed.

“Burn down the House”.

Yes, in your world, graphic or martial imagery is only to be exploited by the Left.

“We bring a gun”

“Get in their faces”

Oh yes, your side “went there”. Not only was there no outcry about the “violent imagery”, there were claps and cheers of agreement. You framed the imagery. Own it.

“Retreat and Reload”and “Burn down the house”. Get used to it. Don’t think for a moment you’ve earned the right to open your mouth in protest.

Here’s some more martial imagery for you.

Yes, we will burn down the house of Progressive Democrats and lay waste to the entire construct of the welfare state. It will be a long, decades-long battle, but we will prevail because we learned the consequences of not teaching our young ourselves. We delegated that to you, and that was our first mistake. We assumed you were honest brokers, but now we know better.

Carthago delenda est.

I accept that’s the intellectually lazy response, but I have to work with what you can understand.

My preference is more of a “Thucydides account of the no-mercy overthrow of the oligarchs at Corcyra” type of historical reference.

Either way, I am confident you can deduce the “tone”of my rebuttal.

Realizing that you are losing your grip on the public schools, that the youth that propelled the boy-king to victory have abandoned you, that the bitter, blue collar white workers are now Tea Party grandmas and grandpas, that you have lost control of the federal checkbook and the legislative calendar,

now you want to petition for peace?

now you cry out for civility and consensus?

I have a message for you:

Go. To. Hell.

When you retreat back to the comfort and safety of your salon filled with like-minded Hopeium addicts, perhaps you can rouse them from their stupor long enough to send them this message.

We don’t want civility.
We don’t want to “play nice”.
We don’t want to “compromise” with you.

From coffee shops to soccer fields and everywhere in between, the message has been clear.

Draw a line in the sand.

Those who we have sent to Washington this January who yield will be removed from the field and replaced. Make no mistake about it.

We came to you with ideas and a sincere intent to find common ground.

Our emissaries were told,

“I won”.

We tried to engage you and bring alternative solutions to the health care crisis. We met in good faith at Blair House. Our concerns and our emissaries were rudely dismissed.

So, this is our message to you:

The scorched earth policy is in effect.

A court of accounting will be convened.

Fix bayonets.

For any that might not know, the Defense Language Institute is basically a small well treed college campus on a hillside overlooking Monterey Bay and The Presidio (one of the oldest Military posts in America) that teaches languages and cultures. That’s basically it. It trains the men and women of our (and some other) armed forces in every language on the planet and every culture that our military might need to talk with. It is about as far from controversial as you can get, promoting mutual understanding of others as fundamental to their mission.

What kind of idiots would pick there to protest? I have no clue. My mind is not capable of that level of defect.

In Conclusion

What happens when you have a “Patience Of Job” type who has been raised to be “Polite to everyone” and they get just a constant stream of “In Your Face Progressive Crap”… and reach the logical end of “Patience”… after years.

(Now where did I leave that bayonet…)

    Great find and great rant.
I recently noticed the same things mentioned in the above.

The “not progressives” have turned a page. They have tried reason, negotiation and good manners for 50 years to no avail.

    Carthage must be destroyed
    Carthago delenda est

Has been adopted by their opposition. We tried to play nice, we tried to give the benefit of the doubt – no more you started something you cannot finish!

I have been noticing for some time that conservatives were no longer engaging in debate, just turned and walked away from the mindless abuse as soon as the realized someone was ideologically blind to reason and facts – they went underground. They started to build connections with others who were not blinded by ideology of the left, social justice, political correctness, its for the children.

We have always had a longer time horizon than the left.
That is why we see threats when they think we are barking up trees, but time after time that funny cloud on the horizon turned out to be a tidal wave — we were right they were wrong.

It is amusing to see the left start to freak out when their disruptive tactics don’t work on us and are returned in kind, (we simply turn off the shill media and find our news ourselves) and we finally have given up on any efforts to play by Marquess of Queensberry rules in a street fight.

It is time to take off the glasses and coat and get in the mud with them, they won’t like the result. They have already effectively destroyed the Democratic party is is effectively only a regional party now. The problem is most of them have not figured out that they killed the golden goose 4 years ago.

Now if we can just get the establishment Republicans to realize we are ready to enforce:
Lead, follow or get the h*ll out of the way!

  2. Power Grab says:

    Preach it.

Then there are those dopey folks who just like to pull the chain of a conservative to see if they can get a rise out of them. I almost accidentally found that this is the fastest way to deflect that sort of attack: “Obama has a gift. He can say anything and people will believe it.” Then walk away.

i used it a few years ago and was amazed at how few attacks I got after that. And I used it last week. Same result. Dopey people won’t have any fun if you say something “nice” about their fuhrer. Of course, it was a backhanded insult, but it really slows them down. You can almost see the gears turning in their head: “What a nice compliment…wait…what?”

Sometimes you don’t have time to engage them, but you can still get in a satisfying parting shot.

I mentioned earlier the Progressives were advertizing a massive protest against Trump’s inauguration and I thought Rolling Thunder might have a bit to say about it.

    Guess I was right.

2 MILLION Biker SUPPORT TRUMP!!! Will you join them???

I understand they showed at several rallies after Soros minions got violent and were at the Republican National Convention.

  6. gallopingcamel says:

I think y’all have missed something important.

My guess is that Donald Trump will close our borders to all immigrants until an effective sieve can be created. We should not allow a single immigrant without good reason. When I tried to become a New Zealand immigrant my application was denied because that country had enough electrical engineers. I was told there was a shortage of bricklayers and they would receive “fast track” treatment.

Likewise, a sieve must be created for journalists. Nobody should be given clearance to attend a White House briefing who cannot prove his/her commitment to objective journalism. My guess is that such a requirement would eliminate 95% of the currently accredited WH press corps within a matter of weeks. The “Main Stream Media” will have a simple choice. Every time one of them publishes a lie they will have the option of publishing a retraction or losing accreditation.

Likewise with lobbyists. Currently lobbying organizations spend $3,200,000,000 per year in the USA which amounts to about $6 million per legislator. If you were a legislator could you remain honest when that kind of money was directed at you? Now do you understand why Trump is trying to curb lobbying?

Likewise with “Term Limits”. Limiting legislators to one terms will not eliminate corruption in our legislatures but it will reduce it dramatically.

I don’t yet know what Donald Trump means when he says “DRAIN THE SWAMP”. However, I hope he will pick up on all of the above issues and many more.

  7. tom0mason says:

As one of my old T-Shirts said —
‘When you all act on the belief of exactly the same thing,
ask yourself – “Who is doing the thinking?” ‘

I was asked so many times what it meant.
I always replied with “What do you think” often said as “What? Do you think”.
Some people got the message. :)

  11. cdquarles says:

    Interesting read.

Small point of personal privilege. My Russian teacher at the University was a graduate of the Defense Language Institute. His was a very fun class.

  12. cdquarles says:

Lobbying, is protected by the First Amendment. The answer to lobbying abuses is jail time for those convicted of specific, objective abuse (graft, bribes) *and* a major reduction in the size and power of government. Start with repealing laws that criminalize commerce.

  13. cdquarles says:

Hmm, about this post:, why did we have to repeat this experiment? We already knew the answer theoretically (read Ludwig von Mises) and have done this experiment before, years before, and suffered through a decade of economic misery (yeah, the 1930s) plus there’s the history of Japan’s “lost decade” much more recently. /rhetorical (Yeah, I know, the ‘fascists of the (FDR, his cousin Teddy, and Woodrow Wilson) time ‘won’ and they wrote the (false) history.)

  14. H.R. says:

    @cd re lobbying

Yup, if we had a small, limited federal government then all the corrupt bribe-laden lobbying would be done at the state level.

    Oh, wait…

  15. Jason Calley says:

A common meme circulating recently is that many non-Progessives have reached “the cold anger stage.” Yup…

How many of us have loaned money to some friend or relative, some cousin or brother-in-law, knowing that the chance of getting it back was small to nonexistent? I would guess that most of us have done so at some time. It is not that we expect repayment, but that loan is the ticket price for being able to say (the next time we are asked), “No, I won’t loan you anything. I tried that before and you never paid it back. You gave me your word and then you stiffed me!”

Conservatives and libertarians have the right to tell the SJWs and the Progressives to go take a long walk off a short pier. We paid to buy that right. For years and years we have tried to discuss and reason with them — and been repeatedly cursed, insulted and ridiculed for our efforts. Our patience has been taken for weakness. We have been told “educate yourself”, “check your privilege”, and “the science is settled.”

We are through being civil to people who do not respect civility. We are through being polite to people who are impolite. We are through trying to use facts and logic with people whose lives are based only on their emotions and desires for control. Big bombs have long fuses and the delay is over.

  16. G. Combs says:

The Social Justice Warriors just upped the Anti. according to the folks at The ConservativeTreeHouse

Jill Stein, after saying Hillary would start WWIII is now acting as a front for stealing the election for Hillary via recounts in three of the states Trump won. This has been done at the very last minute to prevent Trump from doing a recount in the states that Hillary won by a much narrower margin.

Stein rapidly raised more money in a few days than she ever did for her entire campaign.

  17. Larry Ledwick says:

A different possibility bait and switch fund raising?
What is the real intended use for that fund?

  18. G. Combs says:

Yes, Larry that is a possibility. Stein supposedly had major campaign debts. Or Soros made her an offer she could not refuse. Elizabeth Liawatha is thought to be the go between.

What is interesting and possibly connected is Roger Stone told Alex Jones a couple days ago he would not be available for a while because he was hunkering down to finish writing his book before Christmas. We are currently 4 weeks from Christmas and a fast publication is ~ two months or maybe as little as two weeks. Normally it is seven months. link So that makes you go HMMMMmmm. He has to have that book finished NOW to have it ready for Christmas. lus the story does not end until Jan. and Trump’s inauguration.

    Then there is Rogers

There maybe some fire works but if Stein goes after Trump states I would expect that Stone is already going after the Hillary states that had much much narrower wins. Stone didn’t just fall off the Turnip truck. Also Roger’s old buddy and partner, Paul Manafort has been MIA for months so he may be doing a bit of the ghost writing for Roger.

Oh and the Motorcycles are getting ready…

  19. gallopingcamel says:

You have to love the Democrats who had a hissy fit when Trump answered Chris Matthews’ question about conceding the election thus:
““I’ll tell you at the time. I’ll keep you in suspense, okay?”

In contrast Democrats like Al Gore don’t concede elections. Hillary Clinton has all kinds of shady folks trying to undermine the election result……………… won’t work and the 2020 election will be a landslide. Deo Volente my absentee ballot (from Mexico) will help.

  20. G. Combs says:

GC, I noticed that they waited till the last minute when the deadlines for many of the states with Hillary fraud had passed. There were four or five states were the Hillary win margin was much much narrower.

  21. E.M.Smith says:

If they think Americans will accept a partial recount tossing the election to HIllary, they are smoking more than pot… Legalities be damned, it would not be ‘just’ and will result in a scene of proportions not seen since Lincoln…

  22. Gail Combs says:

E.M., I was trying to be ‘responsible’ and ‘adult’ but I agree this is a very very dangerous time.

I keep thinking of these passages from the book Willing Accomplices: How KGB Covert Influence Agents Created Political Correctness and Destroyed America by Kent Clizbe

My thesis is that the KGB, beginning soon after the Communist takeover of Russia in 1917, implemented massive covert influence operations. Their goal was to destroy the core moral fabric of American society. Taking advantage of the intellectual and philosophical climate of the early 1900s, the Soviet intelligence apparatus began what would now be called in intelligence circles, “a preparation of the battle space” to move the world towards the inevitable dictatorship of the proletariat….

The goal of the operations was to make Americans feel that their country was bad. The KGB utilized Willing Accomplices to spread the message that America was an evil, racist, imperialist war- monger and that Communism was a benign, noble experiment designed to rid the world of corruption, oppression and injustice.

    Measure operations.
From an outsider’s perspective, this is interesting because it confirms analysis that Muenzenberg’s Covert Influence operations were run under cover of the OMS. The Active Measures specialist described covert influence operations:

To deliver our policy line to key foreign government people in ways that did not seem to come from us, we would use friendly Westerns who were close to them. Our assets— sometimes just trusted persons without being fully recruited agents—included political activists, journalists, scientists, or government and military officials—and even sometimes businessmen. Sometimes we would get our own diplomats to drop ‘indiscreet’ remarks to their Western colleagues.

In the end, the main goal of Covert Influence Active Measures against the U.S. was to move political and public opinion “away from the conservative parties that were opposing our policies,” in the words of a KGB Active Measures manager. …

Thomas Boghart, writing in the CIA’s Studies in Intelligence, provided a taxonomy of the activities that the Soviets considered Active Measures. According to Boghart, “The basic goal of Soviet active measures was to weaken the USSR’s opponents — first and foremost the “main enemy” (glavny protivnik), the United States — and to create a favorable environment for advancing Moscow’s views and international objectives worldwide.” Weakening and if possible destroying the U.S. was most effectively and efficiently done by attacking from within. Striking America’s inner strength required hitting its cultural transmission institutions.

    Cultural transmission institutions would be:

#1. The Church. LBJ muzzled Christian Churches in 1954 by adding “501c3 tax-exempt religious organizations” to the IRS code. link

#2. The Family. After WWII the Committee on Economic Development targeted farming communities, the backbone of the USA and ripped them apart. link
LBJ finished the job, specifically targeting Blacks and the poor with his “Great Society” link (Allen B.West removed his scathing article even from the Wayback)

#3. Hollywood and music and art. Modern music and modern art reward political ideology and not talent IMHO.

#4. Education: George S. Counts and John Dewey

Muenzenberg used his fronts as cover to run innovative and staggeringly successful covert influence operations against the U.S.

These Communists know what they are doing. They follow their orders. Particularly would they like to dominate our newspapers, our colleges, and our schools. ~ William F. Russell, Dean Columbia Teachers College in a 1938 speech to the American Legion.

Our future teachers will be able to discuss their own histories and current thinking drawing on notions of white privilege, hegemonic masculinity, heteronormativity, and internalized oppression. ~ University of Minnesota teacher training program, 2009.

…The goal was to destroy the core moral fabric of American society….

After the payloads were planted, the vast majority of the communist intelligence operatives met the fate of most stooges of totalitarian thugs—violent death at the hands of their comrades. Communist dictators demand absolute obedience. Nimble, smart, and crafty, covert influence operators did not make good slaves. Stalin feared their abilities. One by one, they were called back to Moscow. An economical one-bullet execution, a 7.62x38mm slug from the KGB’s favorite revolver, the Nagant M1895, ended the lives of the fathers of American PC.….

Russell tells us what the ultimate goal is of the communist hundred years “ preparation of the battle space”.

William R. Russell… was in Russia soon after the Bolsheviks seized power and spent considerable time there, working on Creel propaganda against the Germans, for the Bolsheviks, and later against the Bolsheviks. Russell described how he saw the communist tradecraft:

The way they worked their way to the seizure of power was as follows: Talk about peace, talk about social equality, especially among those most oppressed. Talk about organization of labor, and penetrate into every labor union. Talk on soapboxes. Publish pamphlets and papers. Orate and harangue. Play on envy. Arouse jealousy. Separate class from class. Try to break down the democratic processes from within. Accustom the people to picketing, strikes, mass meetings. Constantly attack the leaders in every way possible so that the people will lose confidence. Then in time of national peril, during a war, on the occasion of a great disaster, or of a general strike, walk into the capital and seize the power. A well-organized minority can work wonders.

Russell’s spot-on understanding of how the communists worked, based on his own on-location observations in Russia during the revolution should have been useful to him during the next two decades of his work at Columbia. Yet, under his nose, communist covert influence agents like George Counts, who was under Russell’s supervision at Columbia’s Teachers College, used the exact tactics he described—talking, publishing, orating and haranguing, breaking down democracy from within, attacking the leaders, making people lose confidence—to destroy American society.

Then in time of national peril, during a war, on the occasion of a great disaster, or of a general strike, walk into the capital and seize the power. A well-organized minority can work wonders.
Is this the goal of what we are seeing playing out now?

She (and Larry) are correct. The time for talk is over. They do not listen. So when I am bored, I imitate their tactics on them. Drives them batty!

It is remarkable that our “Post Racial” president has set race relations back by 30 years at least by undermining law and order, especially in major cities dominated by Democrat administrations.

The election of Trump is the biggest thing to happen to America since the invention of sliced bread.
I think you may have dodged a bullet by getting rid of the Democrats. Wayne from Oz.

Obama’s greatest accomplishment is the destruction of Liberal Progressive credibility and the Democratic Party. Around the world the philosophy of More is losing it’s luster as it is anti-human and always fails to deliver on it’s shiny promise…pg.

  27. Gail Combs says:

P.G. As far as I can tell, what you have is a small group of loud mouth bullies dominating the conversation for the last 8 years. This has been facilitated by the MSM, the Democratic Party and big bucks from Soros funding professional agitators. Also not only the US government, the schools but companies have joined the loud mouth bullies enforcing Political Correctness.

Most of the dissenters have kept their heads down and their mouths shut as their anger built. They wanted good grades or they had mortgages to pay so they were silent and uncounted and overlooked.

    There are two critical points.
First very few people are actually leaders. They are ‘risk adverse’ but that does not mean they agree.

Second he younger generation usually rebels against the older generation.

Youngsters look a round and they do not SEE any racism and go WTF? They do see the assaults like at Ohio State and hear the completely illogical statements by the school and democratic leaders saying this is a gun.

Originally the ‘gaslighting’ would have worked by making the victim eventually doubt his own sanity as logic vs rhetoric clashed. It is a technique used by the military to break prisoners. My Ex was taught it and used it on me.

HOWEVER the internet allowed like minded people to find out they were NOT alone and better yet, they were NOT crazy. So you ended up with tons of blogs, 4Chan, Reddit and many others places where discussions could happen without identity causing repercussions at work or at school.

I think the swing back to sanity is going to be a lot faster and harder than most people think if Trump can go after the head of the snake.
