Is Type 2 Diabetes really just a form of hibernation process? Perhaps a bit broken by disuse in our species, but still there waiting to be triggered by low UV, low activity, and obesity status? Could a long fast, some running around in the daylight, and metabolizing away the pudge “cure” it?
