Someone wrote a book claiming someone else saw something at a party 30 years ago. The supposed woman involved says she doesn’t remember anything like that… So OK, some drunken sot was at a party 30 years ago and claims to have accurate memory of who, what, when, where… while nobody else does. But at least it will sell a lot of books.
Now is that kind of utter crap grounds to overturn an FBI Investigation and impeach a judge with a stellar history?

Multiple Democratic presidential contenders and former U.S. attorneys are calling for a new investigation into Brett Kavanaugh and the past FBI probe into his behavior as another accusation of sexual misconduct against the Supreme Court associate justice surfaced Saturday.Classmate Max Stier told two New York Times reporters that he saw Kavanaugh with his pants down at a drunken Yale University party where friends pushed Kavanaugh’s penis into the hands of a female student. The report was similar to an allegation lodged against Kavanaugh last year by former classmate Deborah Ramirez. Stier informed senators and the FBI of the incident during Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings, but it was never investigated, according to the Times.
Now aside from the logistical problems of pushing someone else’s private parts somewhere they are not attached… IF I’m so pushed, is it MY responsibility for where I was pushed, or the pushers?
Then there’s the minor problem that the supposed offended party doesn’t remember it…
The article goes on from there as a “Pile On” of every Dimocratic Presidential Useful Idiot all joining the Screeching Chorus… Facts? Somber questioning of veracity? Or just jumping when someone dangles bait in front of you? I don’t want ANYONE with that kind of “FIRE!, what? What was I firing at?” to have the nuclear football. Anyone so easily manipulated is a fool.
I fear we’re only going to have an escalating chorus of this kind of Dirty Tricks Lies right up to election day… over a year away…

I saw this and by chance, Mrs. H.R. asked me about it this morning; “What is going on?!?”
The Regressives (Commies, Marxists, Alinskyites, Leftists, Socialists, Globalists… whatever) will not let up. They do not quit until any opposition is swept away and destroyed.
Note that they are sill trying every which underhanded way to get rid of our duly elected President Trump. I hope President Trump gets two terms, (he deserves three terms what with the Dems and the swamp hamstringing him for three years in hid first term with Muh..Russia), but if reelected, the Regressives will not let up for his second term. It will be more of the same “Must get rid of Trump by any means necessary, legal or illegal.”
I figure that Kavanaugh is probably in a 3-way tie with Wilbur Ross and Steve Mnuchin for second place on the “Must Destroy” list… by any means necessary.
The person who it happened to does not remember it. The person who allegedly saw it refused to comment. And the NY Crimes runs it as fact. What it is is a twice removed hearsay that is not remembered, or not spoken, or denied by all the particulars In other words, just a smear.

Where, when does this end? Can we now expect tantrums from the Dems every time they lose?
As a nation, we’re rapidly becoming ungovernable. Stuff like this once was inserted in the back – “let a jury decide”. Now they try everyone in the tabloids.
A little tale about the leadup to this. Before the 2016 election, IIRC, N.O.W. was having a meeting of their leadership and it was reported that among the leadership comments was that they had to destroy a man of good reputation to prove their power in political selection. Prophetic don’t you think. This pile on of unproveable, Lie after Lie, all of which have the same basic story line and mantra, We make the accusation, and this boy scout like man of perfect reputation has to prove he is innocent to these 30 plus year old accusations. This is a organized and deliberate drive to destroy a good man.to prove political power and effect any later selection…
LawFare battle space preparation. Attack the credibility now so any resulting decision is illegitimate. The actual smear is just one selected from the current list of active ones that resonate to some degree. It is 30+ years old, so prove it is false. Make the charge and get a lot of big foot media to report it without question. Gee, it has been in a lot of papers and stories, must be something to it, eh, Ethel. The reverse was employed with Camelot, for those old enough to remember.
It all impresses me as someone working from a script who hasn’t noticed that the audience is getting grumpier and grumpier…
Over the last 3 or 4 years, I’ve gotten ever more sensitized to this stuff. Where I might have just seen a headline in a newspaper 20 years ago and thought “Guess they did something bad”, I now thing “WT? ANOTHER FRAUD? on the public by the media?”
I suspect I’m not the only one by far… Media that used to get 1/3 of the nation, now gets fewer people than some mid-sized towns (and less than one big city…). There’s a reason people are abandoning “the media” in droves (or really, have already abandoned it).
At this point I’m so jaded about it all that unless I personally witnessed a Republican doing something bad, I’m going to assume any news of it is a flat out lie and fabrication. I really don’t like that, as it grants free license to them to get away with things… but the reality is the Democrats have a reputation for deception worse than the drug dealer down the street… (No, that’s not a metaphor or hyperbole. He gives fair weight and things are not cut excessively.)
I don’t know if it is pig-headed sticking to the script, or a profound lack of self awareness and being entirely out of touch with the audience… Or maybe it’s only talking to their Hard Left Echo Chamber ‘supporters”… But whatever it is, it is incredible how fulminating and stupid it is.
Similar behaviour in the UK as the Left try to stay in the EU.

Of course you are. Here, we had the same thing during a special election. The ‘winner’ won by a few thousand votes, and they pulled every trick they could to do it. Once over, all the chatter stopped, never mind some of the groups were legally found to have improperly influenced the election (Hwy 31 PAC) and never mind the victim won against the accuser in court, if I am remembering correctly; and he’s in the running this time, too.
One of the things I discovered in My involvement in politics was that D.A.s and prosecutors absolutely refused to pursue any kind of vote fraud. Voting fraud just “DID NOT HAPPEN” even if it did and you had the proof. Sometimes they would prosecute under other statutes if really pushed and their targets were out of favor…pg

What is likely really going on, this is not just an attack against Kavanaugh it is an attempt to de-legitimize the entire supreme court. Since the left is losing control of it soon, they are setting the stage to neuter it by claiming it has lost its legitimacy and this will open the door to either ignore its rulings or to make another move to expand it and pack the court with leftist judges to counter President Trump appointments. Other wise they will have to wait 30+ years to get back to a court that is their puppet.
They are looking for Roberts 2.0. Somehow they have intimidated Roberts into not opposing the progressive/statist agenda and are looking for the same thing with Kavanaugh. I’ll be watching his voting closely.
