RSBN – Live NOW from Lexington, Ky – Trump Rally

Right Side Broadcasting Network is once again able to broadcast live on YouTube.

This next Trump Rally is in Lexington, Ky. It’s already started (sorry I was slow…). So far it is just the “pre-game” warm up, so still time before Trump speaks at about 7 PM Eastern.

They have an “RSBN 2” channel on youtube:

So something of a backup in case of some kind of “technical glitch” on their first channel…

There’s also supposed to be a Periscope feed:

After exploring the Diamond & Silk site for a good line while (it has videos too) I finally had it sink in that the RSBN feed is on the D&S YouTube channel:

My interest?

I’d watched a few of the rallies, on and off, but had generally not watched them much recently as a lot of the talking points are the same. The one thing about RSBN that made it special was the pre-show and post along with the local / minor political speakers. A lot more variation and interesting stuff. But I’d started to lose interest.

Then YouTube stuck their foot in it. I HATE this political censorship. So it is now my intent to put up a posting for each Trump rally linking to RSBN and anywhere they can broadcast. To the extent YouTube tries to reduce anyone “leveraging” their platform to get Trump positive coverage, I’m going to lever what I can to give some balance back (however small). I’ll keep this up as long as there is YouTube Bias Risk.

It may not be much that I can do, but I’m going to do it. Now if all the other Deep State Opponents did the same… Just sayin’… You can be an “Army of One” even with just sending a link to a friend… or an enemy ;-)

Ran into this interesting site “keeping up with Trump” while searching for other RSBN spigots:

A pretty good write up of the “ban of RSBN” here:

Once again, the Mrs. and the cat had Tucker on, so I got to watch the rally. The Scotty just wanted to go outside and watch for deer and rabbits to bark at. The Cairn terrier is getting old and puts herself to bed at about 8:00. Not everyone in our household is a solid Trumper, but the cat is definitely in the plus column.

The “Read The Transcript” T-shirts were great! I want one.

The crowd behind President Trump is often a mixed bag of engaged, somber, enthusiastic and other reactions to be expected from people who probably have been committed to hours of waiting for the event.

I also think it has something to do with how far back the seats are from the podium. The camera flattens the depth of field and it always seems like people are right behind President Trump, but quite often, there is a fair amount of separation. So in those cases, the people are not as engaged as the people are where the seating is closer. They have other things that come into view to distract them.

The people behind President Trump were really into it tonight, but I couldn’t tell if it was close or separated seating in that venue. I didn’t see much in the way at all of wandering attention. They were engaged and responded enthusiastically.

I think they were also more jazzed because President Trump ranged further afield from his usual topics. He was really getting down on the Swamp. The crowd loved the fight in his speech, oh, and his trolling of the YSM.

This video gives a good feel for the separation behind the podium and the crowd wearing “read the Transcript” Tee shirts.

  3. H.R. says:

Thanks, Larry. That’s a lot of separation, yet the crowd was really engaged.

At the rally I attended, the separation was about 1/3 that distance.

While governor Bevin may be an unpopular “Carpetbagger” he makes much more sense than 99% of the elitists who have been mismanaging this country for the past 30 years:
