ANd the county just certified their results. Time to take it to SCOTUS.

“A lot of people don’t understand,” Brooks explained. “They think the courts resolve these disputes. That is false, OK? Courts can influence the outcome, no question like they did in the year 2000. But in the United States Constitution, Article 1 — Sections 4 and 5, Article 2 and the 12th Amendment, the United States Congress has absolute final say on election contests that involve any federal elected position. That’s the House, that’s the Senate and that’s the White House. I’m hopeful that we will exercise that authority and protect the sanctity of our voting system and stop the election theft that is undermining credibility of our republic.”

A revelation today that was quite a surprise to me, according to an interviewee on Hannity’s radio show today, who claimed to be a nonpartisan interested Georgian who attended a Georgia vote-audit hearing:

In Georgia, votes are not tabulated in each polling-place [🌴], but instead, are transported to a centralized tabulation site!  Well, Hey-ell!

Such an election procedure provides a huge opportunity for lapses–if not outright skullduggery–with ballot-custody, and it happens before those ballots are tabulated. Like the unexpected arrival, then tabulation, of marked ballots that were not actually cast by any registered voter! And it removes what’s arguably the most important part of the election process from the eyes of the average voter.

Note 🌴 : The State of Florida serves as an instructive counterexample: Voters cast their marked ballots by inserting them into tabulators placed at each polling-place; in Orange Co., they are ES&S DS-200 tabulators. When each polling-place closes, the accumulated cast ballots are collected into boxes that are sealed by its clerk, and only then, transported to a centralized location. It is from there that the ballots are transported directly to the county’s election-hq. warehouse, typically arriving after midnight of what was Election Day, for their legally-required storage.

M Simon. How do you explain the lack of the alleged “observer” in the video? Where is that person? How do you explain the fact that Republican observers and the media were told to go home because counting had stopped when obviously counting did not stop? Maybe you debunked the wrong question.
