I did the Lamb Loin Chops in the cast iron skillet and into a 375 F oven for about 20 minutes. Very nice.
English peas, and a large Butter Lettuce bed with chips of ham, provolone and olives over it. Home make Oil & Vinegar dressing
The wine is the same Handpicked Cabernet from before. A 2017 vintage. I really need to get some more of that! Nice, smooth, very drinkable, with depth to it too.
