The $#@+’s getting real, and the antifa movement is finding out what a newly minted, well-regulated militiaman is capable of.
FWIW, Title 10 of US Code defines the militia as all able-bodied men ages 17-45. And to be well-regulated, a 17-year-old militiaman is inherently and unalienably rightful in keeping and bearing arms– (unConstitutional state laws notwithstanding).
Kyle was also overcharged with 1st Degree Murder. That’s planned, premeditated murder and it’s pretty clear he was the one being hunted and was forced to react and, not actively looking to shoot someone.
You’d need a seriously bought and paid for judge and jury to convict him of 1st Degree murder. And no doubt it would be overturned on appeal in the next court up. There’s just no evidence his shooting was pre-planned.
I am reminded of the line in Eraser: “By the time I am finished spinning this episode, they will be pinning medals on us!”.
A lot more information has been released, and this video is one of them. The fact he was already in Kenosha is another. In the end, he may do some manslaughter time (juries are fickle), but if the Soros DA pushes for Murder, he will walk.
His only crime was inexperience. He thought he could make a difference. And if he was 10 inches taller and 10 years older, he may have. But the mob had no respect for him. And that is why 3 shot, and 2 died.
But it does give them pause. People are going to start fighting back, and the next ones will not be inexperienced 17 year olds. They will be very experienced 37 year olds.

There is a planned “surround the white house” for something like 50 days up to the election.
I think partly it is to give the optics of the people vs the Orange Man Bad ‘usurper’, but also to inflict psychological stress on all White House visitors and staff. Create a siege mentality.

Just “throwing distance” behind the fence so their whites stay clean. Then have undercovers in the crowd and anyone does start doing anything that violates even the most minor law or rule, gets bundled off to a paddy wagon.

Kyle was there to clean up graffiti and render first aid. That’s what he was doing earlier in the day. The rifle was only for self protection. Then he got isolated from his group after going to talk with some police. He had no intention of fighting anyone. It was The Mob that decided to hunt him and hurt him. Then he showed more trigger discipline in the fight that I’d have had.
The Pistol Guy pretends to surrender (hands up, backing off), then when Kyle goes to “low ready” while seated, Pistol Guy again charges. Only at about 1 m distance does Kyle mist his gun arm biceps. Me? I’d likely have gone centre mass on the first approach and definitely done a double or triple on the faux surrender re-attack. I’m just not as cool in a fight as he was.

Kyle was on track to be a First Responder and worked both fire and police cadet angles, looking for his centre. Thus the med-kit / paramedic interest and the defending the business angle. He’s not just Militia, but also First Responder material.

I did notice that “White Pants” guy who is first to charge in the post tripping attack has a round go off right up in front of him mid jump, then he runs off. It looks like he got powder burns or at least a snoot full of smoke and ringing ears. So I think Kyle did miss one shot at one attacker. Oakland, 50 miles north, took over the screen along with Portland and D.C. He usually runs insets of 6 to 12 street streams from cities with stuff happening. You get to be on the street in the mob in Washington D.C., Portland, Seattle, wherever shit and whirly thing are approximating. Good place to study tactics in use.

IMHO, the fact that BLM and Antifa are active in the UK, Oz, the USA and perhaps others, shows this is NOT a USA domestic issue. It is a Globalist assault on the British derived cultures and governments everywhere. Peoples who inherited the ideals of individual liberty and resposibility.
