81 Million Votes My Ass! DOJ Now An Organized Crime Operation

First, an observation by The Duran about the US Legal System. It is now so corrupt as to be worse than a Banana Republic. Near as I can tell, our “Legal System” is now part of an organized crime syndicate. How else can you explain Hunter Biden being given wet kisses and strokes by the DOJ while Trump, a candidate for POTUS, is being dragged into court for incredibly stupid and fake charges.

It’s really pretty simple: From the FBI to the DOJ, from the DNC to various Soros DAs from left coast to the other left coast: It is simply now an organized crime operation. Nothing else fits all the available data, so Occam wins.

Here Alexander M., a London Barrister BTW, is rather a bit agast at how our legal system has decayed into a fraud on the law. How any prosecutor, lawyer, or honest District Attorney can say “Esquire” in public now is beyond me. So this is how an honest and moral Lawyer sees the US “Legal” System, now. Hope you can live with that.

Then, in other news, it seems that the song “81 Million Votes My Ass!” has topped the charts. You go Kari!

Our Fraudulent Rulers are attempting to destroy Donald Trump, and by that, destroy our America and us (with our “horrible” and “Despicable” culture of honesty, truth, and real justice for all…). Remember when it was said, by them, that it was nearly criminal to talk about Biden as having criminal questions since he was a “candidate”? Yet now they can do nothing but that about Trump.

Well, OK, I now have a very simple test available: IF the Bidens (2 or more of them…) are not indicted, and found guilty, and put in prison; then we know that the Rule Of Law is dead in America. That any idea of morality or fair play is entirely stupid. That all rules of propriety are out the window. that the time has come to act as you would with the Mafia or any other RICO Qualified Criminal ruling over you.

Simmilarly, ANY finding that Trump broke a law, and any “disqualification” from running for office, similarly says that the entire Federal Government is really correctly described as being in D.C., the District Of Criminals. Again, the only answer is treat them as the Mafia that they are, then.

I miss America…

@E.M.: “Nothing else fits all the available data, so Occam wins.”

Yep. I know I am preaching mostly to the choir, but nothing else fits. The US government was stolen in an election rigging coup. The United States government was tottering and corrupt for decades. It was finally overthrown in an election rigging coup in 2020. Federal agencies were part of the coup. The CIA, the NSA, the FBI are all traitor organizations. Even the FCC had authority to prosecute federally licensed corporations which were engaged in propaganda practices tantamount to election interference — but they did nothing. The States did nothing. The Courts did nothing. The US Military (pardon me while I spit) did nothing. Here is the fact of it: You and I are living under an occupation government. Our rulers are criminals, psychopaths, pedophiles, and genocidal power addicts.

Barring some great reversion to the principles which this nation was founded on, we will never see any part of this new government act justly again. It will neither prosecute the traitors in power, nor will it refuse to punish the innocent citizens who have been framed by authorities. Think I am too harsh? Some of the Jan 6th prisoners are still being tortured two and half years later without even having had a trial. How can anyone you explain that?

  2. John Hultquist says:

Fox News dot Com has a lead article at the moment:
“University professors urge Biden to defy ‘mistaken’ rulings by ‘MAGA’ SCOTUS justices”

However, they are getting blowback by others.

  3. watcheroftheroad says:

Venezuelans only voted once for the tyrant. After more than two decades tyranny still rules in Venezuela which was once the richest nation and Venezuelans the richest people of South America. Now people are underfed and undernourished

  4. YMMV says:

“It is now so corrupt as to be worse than a Banana Republic.”

It’s been that way for a long time, and recently it has become much worse.
We either overlooked it or ignored it or underestimated it.
It took Trump to point it out to us. Something only an outsider to the elite circles could do. All the other politicians were taking advantage of it, not complaining about it. The choice between becoming rich or being honest … not many politicians can resist that.

Why stop at politicians? The legal system has some systemic problems, too many to list. The worst thing is how incompetent, biased judges get appointed. Is there anything the DNC does not control?

Placing hope for the future on the 2024 election? Sorry, it’s probably too late.
Elections have been rigged for decades. Especially since machines, mechanical, electric, or electronic have been used. Why would you trust a black box like that any more than you would trust a slot machine to be fair?

And instead of voting issues being investigated, they prevent that. And censor or criminalize talking about it.

Corrupt now? It’s been corrupt for more years than many are aware of or care about. I’ve seen too much. If you get justice in an American court, it is a blessing from He That Is that guided the judge to the just decision or the jury to the same. Corrupt judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, jurors; yes, I’ve seen these.

Bingo, YMMV. The system has been of lawyers, by lawyers and for lawyers for decades. Note that many elected officials were lawyers, even if some never ran their own practice.

  6. cdquarles says:

Oh, that’s happened to lots of other institutions, too. Medicine, business in general, churches, … USA is not the nation our Founders brought into being. Who did this? Mostly us, following false things.

trump ’20 was the1st time i voted ever, my brother also, and several other people i know… we all felt like it was 2sides of the same coin before, but trump was different.
as absolutely dumfounded as i was that he didn’t win in a a landslide; i can also accept that there are that many idiots that hated him.
as einstein said….. ” the difference between genius and stupidity, is that genius has limits” god, the stupid it hurts …..

  8. catweazle666 says:

Isn’t it to counter precisely this sort of shit that you Cousins have the Second Amendment, Chiefio?
I just wish we had something similar this side of the Pond, we could sure as Hell do with it the way things are going.

  9. H.R. says:

YMMV: “Why would you trust a black box like that any more than you would trust a slot machine to be fair?”

Actually, I trust slot machines way more than voting machines. They are closely monitored and audited by State gaming commissions. It is interesting how it is done. It involves randomness, which is a topic of interest to me.

    Voting machines? Not so much.

I really don’t want Trump back. He failed us in so many ways….

But this legal sniping will backfire. Many will vote for Trump again JUST to slap these DC cretins.

Expensive slap, but we’ll do it. I would much prefer we find a way to fire them then make sure that THEY can never be employed by government again.

  13. E.M.Smith says:

    @Taz:

The problem is that none of the alternatives can be shown to:

    1) Be impossible to buy.
    2) Be impossible to intimidate.
    3) Not be dependent on, or subject to the influence of “donors” (cough – DeSantis…)
    4) Be really really pissed at RINOs and the Deep State (and not a quiet part of it)
    5) Really really piss off the RINOs and Deep State.

So yeah, Trump is a stinking Bull in a China Closet…
But he’s MY Bull in THEIR China Closet.

  14. E.M.Smith says:

    @catweazle666:

Yes, it is. But that’s the very very LAST resort. We’ve still got a few more iterations of frustration to go through before we end up doing what Niger just did… I really really hope it can be avoided.

Hopefully I won’t live so long as to witness it. I’ve got maybe 10 years more of likely high function lifespan. With luck we can stretch out the present mess that long.

  15. The True Nolan says:

@Taz: “Many will vote for Trump again JUST to slap these DC cretins.”

I saw a meme yesterday with a picture of Trump and the words, “VOTE TRUMP because f**k you!”

That pretty well sums it up, and honestly I understand it.

  16. cdquarles says:

Did President Trump really fail? Depends, I say. In my opinion, he got a lot done right, *despite* the 4th branch of government putting obstacles in the way from day one. Who could Trump pick in appointed positions? Only those who could get past the Senate, ruled by Mitch McConnell; who interfered badly in a local election where he was born and where I live. How much could President Trump fire/change the culture of the heavily leftist bureaucracy? Very little. (Jeff Sessions ran into that, too.) The coup against Nixon helped set the stage we see now (baseline budgeting, budgets mostly by continuing resolutions, etc.).

  17. cdquarles says:

Oh, lest I forget, that little coup was done by the Kennedy family and supporters, as well as “Ivy League” lawyers against “flyover country” lawyers.

  18. jim2 says:

Those victories helped build Fox and set the stage for Murdoch’s next start-up: the Fox News Channel.

Long after he left Fox in 1997, Padden and Murdoch remained friends, and regularly exchanged emails.

“I’ve always admired Rupert’s vision and guts,” Padden said in an interview, describing the 92-year-old mogul as “a father figure.”

So Padden’s latest project comes freighted with irony: He hopes to persuade federal regulators to pull Fox Corp.’s licenses to operate its TV stations — the very ones he helped Murdoch maintain nearly 30 years ago.

Last month Padden, now 74 and retired, joined with a nonprofit group called the Media and Democracy Project (MAP) to urge the Federal Communications Commission to deny Fox’s renewal of its license to operate one of its largest stations, WTXF in Philadelphia, known as Fox29. Padden and MAP argue that Fox lacks the “character” required by the FCC to be a license holder, because of post-election misinformation spread by another company entity: Fox News.
