The push to pardon Hillary has begun. It was being discussed at the very same time on MSNBC and Fox (by Heraldo Revera) with Heraldo talking about how our nation was Soooo deeply divided and how we needed this to ‘heal’… Bull Shit, Heraldo.
It’s the Democratic Machine Talking Point Du Jour. You don’t bag a “two fer” for “healing”. I didn’t catch it on the other stations ( I was just doing a rapid rotation to see if the world had ended… so if it came by 5 minutes either side I’d not have seen it) but the day is young.
Now I think I’m getting a bit more “clue” about all the Street Theatre “Protests” lately. The Soros-Clinton machine needed a “divided nation” to parade and needed “threat to the stability of the nation” to create the context for a pardon of the Criminal In Chief Clinton. Clunk! (Sound of “penny drop”…)
It is already being rolled out as “Like Nixon’s Pardon” with “for anything they might or might not have done”. I.e. a flat out blanket Free Pass for crime.

What do you want left of your legacy? You know that much of the fiscal and regulatory bits are headed for the cutting room floor. Obamacare will survive as a core of a national insurance program, but strongly modified. At this point, how you handle the ‘turn over’ will determine much of your memory. So what is it going to be: “First Black President, who got National Healthcare done” or “That Democratic Machine Politician who pardoned Hillary and made her the quintessential Teflon Don.”? When do we ever hear about President Ford? Oh, yeah, that he pardoned Nixon… THAT is his parenthesis in the history books. The FBI has already given her a pass, Trump will be up to his eyeballs in alligators (what with the deficit ceiling hitting Q1 and blockading everything he wants to do). NOBODY will be looking to divide congress at that moment, and certainly not because of a has-been-in-the-making Hillary. They want to let her go quietly into that good night, not make a martyr of her. Pardon Hillary and The Deplorables will be back in 2 years to clean House and Senate… Let her retire quietly to a beach in the Caribbean and the only headlines will be whatever the most recent OMG thing Trump is tweeting this time, and odds are both houses turn over to Democrats. (I’m sure you know how that works…)

So I’m sure you can find some “appropriate legal proceeding” if needed. Besides, just think of the mileage to be had out of keeping Hillary twisting in the wind for a year or two. Need a couple of Democratic Senate votes? Just put it on the news that you are moving Hillary closer to trial “for her crimes”…(and in the back room whisper “or you can pass my infrastructure bill…”) Any time the Soros Street Theatre kicks up a fuss, put the Show Trial in the news. Need a good bit of propaganda against the Democrats, just trot out the “Corrupt Clinton’s AND their partners Soros and Obama”. That will keep your Deplorables wound up and “on side”. You can likely milk that all the way through your re-election campaign. After a while, the mantra that “Democrat = Pardon = Corruption” will be cemented in place. “Need to keep those scoundrels out of office to preserve Law & Order” will be a very easy sell.

So now we will see just how deep, and how high, the rot extends.
It is once again up to Obama. Does he want his legacy to be “Pardon of Clinton Machine”, or something better?
If “Pardon”, then it will be really really fun to watch hundreds of others throughout the Clinton / Soros machinery being tried and convicted for her Criminal Enterprise, while she is in the news as the Untouchable Leader. When I was a teen (many years ago) the local police had to deal frequently with a hostile young man. Then, after a time, we realized he was no longer around. Apparently, as rumor had it, he was instructed to take a very long vacation in another state. Marine boot camp was mentioned but we never knew for sure.
I think the entire Clinton Crime Syndicate should all go to a small island (maybe Soros has one) where they can claw each other to bits.

Just wondering aloud here. If it was found that Obama’s presidency was invalid, through the discovery that he was not born in the USA, would his pardon still hold. Obama is going to have to pardon Hillary, Bill, Chelsea and husband, or otherwise Bill can be got over the Clinton Foundation farrago, and Chelsea and husband can be got through misappropriation of funds. I’d say there is going to be a lot of searching for the original birth cert.

Wouldn’t the apparently amicable meeting between Trump and Obama that went on far longer than expected indicate some negotiations? Trump may have conceded that Obama wasn’t a target and his polite words about Secretary Clinton could be seen as an attempt at reconciliation. With 2 months to go before the Inauguration there is time for the FBI to find something ‘unforgivable’.
By the way, Clinton supposedly raised a billion dollars for her campaign; if there was some left over what happens to it? Would she judge that returning a measely $100-200 million was not worth the paperwork?
The question is what exactly is the long term payoff that they are trying to achieve.
The street protests in my mind are a bit deeper than that.
1.) Create a public perception (slowly embedded over time) that Trump is evil by constant “apparent” public disenchantment with the election outcome.
…a) that would be enhanced if some of the protests/riots go too far and the police crack down and create an incident that the left can exploit.
(not to mention a small step toward the long term goal of eliminating the electoral college. They are already trying to push for a mass revolt in the electoral college to have faithless electors elect Hillary rather than their pledge to elect Trump)
2.) They also slowly reinforce the present image of the police being oppressive (an occupying force) over people seeking justice (grand music plays in the background as short clips of multi-ethnic marchers is played)
3.) Reinforce and normalize politics by temper tantrum street protests and strikes like they use in Europe.
All of those enhance memes already in play in the Obama administration.
My view is that the long term objective is to slowly paint the government as opposed to justice and a police state, and de-legitimize law and order and rule of law. Begin to stoke the fires for summer riots against police next year when Trump will own them.
They are also a (misdirection) providing an alternate storyline to keep the media focused on not reporting on Democratic scandals, voter fraud, the media propaganda that propped up Hillary, and the huge losses the Democrats have suffered over the Obama years as the people have slowly purged the leftists out of state legislators and other achievable goals and done their best to balk Obama’s efforts to break the system.
I think protecting Hillary is secondary, I am sure that Obama would put her in a canoe without a paddle in a heart beat if it would serve the long term agenda. She has outlived her usefulness and probably is expendable other than as an issue to be manipulated.
By they way a little side note for anyone to use to counter folks who are harping on the popular vote totals going to Hillary.
They are wrong she did not win the popular vote.
52.94% of those who voted, voted to not elect Hillary but for someone else.
The final numbers will be changing for a while as absentee and provisional/challenged votes get sorted out.

Despite the Nixon case, I am not sure that Obama can pardon Hillary for crimes she has not been charged with unless there is at least one indictment against her to pardon. Also in play is that many of the crimes took place in the period between her Senate service and her SoS appointment. The pardon given to Nixon only applied to his period in office. Nor as I understand it does this prevent any non-federal charges. So the Violence incitement, Electoral Fraud, Misuse of a charity, whatever the NYPD has and even dumping of sewerage into a stormwater drain are still in play. The pardon only protects her from the email scandal, and some of the bribery that didn’t occur in a particular state jurisdiction. I’m not sure that on balance anyone’s interests are advanced by a Presidential Pardon, even Hillary’s, because so many of the accusations are state matters. If she was prosecuted for example in NY it would reflect very badly on Obama, and Obama only cares about Obama.
State AGs should be taking a long hard look at this mess in my opinion.

@Gail – I know it is only for federal crimes. But he will do it. If she is forced into a trial, then the evidence will lead to him, and as a private citizen, he will no longer have immunity. He would love nothing more than to send her to jail. But he would be closely following if that happens.
