The Pu[t]sh[e] To Pardon

or, Pardon me?

The push to pardon Hillary has begun. It was being discussed at the very same time on MSNBC and Fox (by Heraldo Revera) with Heraldo talking about how our nation was Soooo deeply divided and how we needed this to ‘heal’… Bull Shit, Heraldo.

It’s the Democratic Machine Talking Point Du Jour. You don’t bag a “two fer” for “healing”. I didn’t catch it on the other stations ( I was just doing a rapid rotation to see if the world had ended… so if it came by 5 minutes either side I’d not have seen it) but the day is young.

Now I think I’m getting a bit more “clue” about all the Street Theatre “Protests” lately. The Soros-Clinton machine needed a “divided nation” to parade and needed “threat to the stability of the nation” to create the context for a pardon of the Criminal In Chief Clinton. Clunk! (Sound of “penny drop”…)

It is already being rolled out as “Like Nixon’s Pardon” with “for anything they might or might not have done”. I.e. a flat out blanket Free Pass for crime.

Dear President Obama:

What do you want left of your legacy? You know that much of the fiscal and regulatory bits are headed for the cutting room floor. Obamacare will survive as a core of a national insurance program, but strongly modified. At this point, how you handle the ‘turn over’ will determine much of your memory. So what is it going to be: “First Black President, who got National Healthcare done” or “That Democratic Machine Politician who pardoned Hillary and made her the quintessential Teflon Don.”? When do we ever hear about President Ford? Oh, yeah, that he pardoned Nixon… THAT is his parenthesis in the history books. The FBI has already given her a pass, Trump will be up to his eyeballs in alligators (what with the deficit ceiling hitting Q1 and blockading everything he wants to do). NOBODY will be looking to divide congress at that moment, and certainly not because of a has-been-in-the-making Hillary. They want to let her go quietly into that good night, not make a martyr of her. Pardon Hillary and The Deplorables will be back in 2 years to clean House and Senate… Let her retire quietly to a beach in the Caribbean and the only headlines will be whatever the most recent OMG thing Trump is tweeting this time, and odds are both houses turn over to Democrats. (I’m sure you know how that works…)

Dear President Elect Trump:

Have your legal team looking into the question of “Can one President overturn a Pardon by another?”. I know, there is no precedent. has this interesting note:

However, after its delivery and acceptance, a pardon cannot be revoked for any cause. This is because then it has passed beyond the control of the officer or body granting it, and has become a valid and operative act. Its recipient can be deprived of its benefits only through some appropriate legal proceeding. This is true even in cases where the pardon was fraudulently obtained.

So I’m sure you can find some “appropriate legal proceeding” if needed. Besides, just think of the mileage to be had out of keeping Hillary twisting in the wind for a year or two. Need a couple of Democratic Senate votes? Just put it on the news that you are moving Hillary closer to trial “for her crimes”…(and in the back room whisper “or you can pass my infrastructure bill…”) Any time the Soros Street Theatre kicks up a fuss, put the Show Trial in the news. Need a good bit of propaganda against the Democrats, just trot out the “Corrupt Clinton’s AND their partners Soros and Obama”. That will keep your Deplorables wound up and “on side”. You can likely milk that all the way through your re-election campaign. After a while, the mantra that “Democrat = Pardon = Corruption” will be cemented in place. “Need to keep those scoundrels out of office to preserve Law & Order” will be a very easy sell.

In Conclusion

So now we will see just how deep, and how high, the rot extends.

It is once again up to Obama. Does he want his legacy to be “Pardon of Clinton Machine”, or something better?

If “Pardon”, then it will be really really fun to watch hundreds of others throughout the Clinton / Soros machinery being tried and convicted for her Criminal Enterprise, while she is in the news as the Untouchable Leader. If you can’t get the head of the snake, you grind the rest of it up… Justice will be served, though it might be served tail first and served cold…

Just keep“Corrupt Clinton’s AND their partners Soros and Obama”. twisting in the wind. I like that. Actually just issue arrest warrants for all of them and let them escape…pg

  2. John F. Hultquist says:

When I was a teen (many years ago) the local police had to deal frequently with a hostile young man. Then, after a time, we realized he was no longer around. Apparently, as rumor had it, he was instructed to take a very long vacation in another state. Marine boot camp was mentioned but we never knew for sure.
I think the entire Clinton Crime Syndicate should all go to a small island (maybe Soros has one) where they can claw each other to bits.
I’ll be happy to not hear another word about any of them. There are better and more interesting things I can do with my time.

  3. Paul Hanlon says:

Just wondering aloud here. If it was found that Obama’s presidency was invalid, through the discovery that he was not born in the USA, would his pardon still hold. Obama is going to have to pardon Hillary, Bill, Chelsea and husband, or otherwise Bill can be got over the Clinton Foundation farrago, and Chelsea and husband can be got through misappropriation of funds. I’d say there is going to be a lot of searching for the original birth cert.

  4. pg sharrow says:

A palace in Qatar has been cleared for a V. I. P. to move into right after the Clinton Foundation had $1.8 Billion moved from a New York bank by Goldman-Sacks to the Qatar Central Bank October 18. There is no extradition from Qatar and where did the Clinton Foundation get that kind of money? Just WHO is planning to need a hideout palace? The Clintons or the Obamas?

  5. tom0mason says:

So as Hillary has not been forthcoming with a comment explaining why *she* lost the election, has been so corrupt, and why she should be offered a pardon, so I’ll have to recycle her old comment —

“Hillary now that you lost the election, do you think you should be pardoned?”

Hillary:”What difference at this point does it make? It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again.”

“Do you feel that your attitude of “what difference does it make”, surely a redefinition of “the ends justifies the means”, caused the Democratic party election collapse?”

Hillary:”What difference, a-at this point does it m-make? It is our job to figure out what happened to me again, f-figure out what, w-wh-what happened to me again, m-m-m-m-me a-again.”

    “Thank-you Hillary. Good-bye.”

  6. Graeme No.3 says:

Wouldn’t the apparently amicable meeting between Trump and Obama that went on far longer than expected indicate some negotiations? Trump may have conceded that Obama wasn’t a target and his polite words about Secretary Clinton could be seen as an attempt at reconciliation. With 2 months to go before the Inauguration there is time for the FBI to find something ‘unforgivable’.

By the way, Clinton supposedly raised a billion dollars for her campaign; if there was some left over what happens to it? Would she judge that returning a measely $100-200 million was not worth the paperwork?

  7. Larry Ledwick says:

The question is what exactly is the long term payoff that they are trying to achieve.

The street protests in my mind are a bit deeper than that.
1.) Create a public perception (slowly embedded over time) that Trump is evil by constant “apparent” public disenchantment with the election outcome.
…a) that would be enhanced if some of the protests/riots go too far and the police crack down and create an incident that the left can exploit.

(not to mention a small step toward the long term goal of eliminating the electoral college. They are already trying to push for a mass revolt in the electoral college to have faithless electors elect Hillary rather than their pledge to elect Trump)

2.) They also slowly reinforce the present image of the police being oppressive (an occupying force) over people seeking justice (grand music plays in the background as short clips of multi-ethnic marchers is played)

3.) Reinforce and normalize politics by temper tantrum street protests and strikes like they use in Europe.

All of those enhance memes already in play in the Obama administration.
My view is that the long term objective is to slowly paint the government as opposed to justice and a police state, and de-legitimize law and order and rule of law. Begin to stoke the fires for summer riots against police next year when Trump will own them.

They are also a (misdirection) providing an alternate storyline to keep the media focused on not reporting on Democratic scandals, voter fraud, the media propaganda that propped up Hillary, and the huge losses the Democrats have suffered over the Obama years as the people have slowly purged the leftists out of state legislators and other achievable goals and done their best to balk Obama’s efforts to break the system.

I think protecting Hillary is secondary, I am sure that Obama would put her in a canoe without a paddle in a heart beat if it would serve the long term agenda. She has outlived her usefulness and probably is expendable other than as an issue to be manipulated.

  8. Larry Ledwick says:

By they way a little side note for anyone to use to counter folks who are harping on the popular vote totals going to Hillary.

They are wrong she did not win the popular vote.
52.94% of those who voted, voted to not elect Hillary but for someone else.

The final numbers will be changing for a while as absentee and provisional/challenged votes get sorted out.

  9. oldbrew says:

‘The push to pardon Hillary has begun.’
    That’s deplorable.

  10. Larry Ledwick says:

Statement on the protests and arrests in LA. I think you will see a resurgence of active policing in the coming weeks as the cops will feel the new president will have their backs.

  11. J Martin says:

The FBI must have enough to press charges. Presumably they don’t want to play their hand while Obama is still president. Better to wait till Trump is inaugurated.

  12. omanuel says:

I share your sentiments, but firmly believe that:

    “Hatred does not cease
    By hatred in this world.
    By love alone it ceases.
    This is an unalterable law.”

The wise course is to avoid repeating evil.

  13. J Martin says:

Sorry off topic, but @ Omanuel.

    Any views on this ?

  14. hillbilly33 says:

Great article Chiefio. Unlike Australia, Americans “dodged a bullet” by not having elected a crook as their first female President. Our first female to crack the alleged glass ceiling through being manipulated into the top position as Prime Minister by Union and Labor Party powerbrokers, helped considerably by a terminally biased MSM and particularly “our” taxpayer-funded national broadcaster ABC, was a crook unable to practise law again following her exposure in 1995.

A subsequent Royal Commission into Trade Union Governance and Corruption has been used to essentially ignore what all evidence has revealed were the fraudulent actions by Julia Gillard who was engagement solicitor for the AWU in 1992, in setting up a sham association which was granted a Certificate of Incorporation by what the Royal Commissioner found was “fraudulent misrepresentation”, to become a bogus entity enabling her married lover, then secretary of the WA branch of the Union, to access payments from a building and construction company, which should rightfully have gone to the Australian Workers’ Union to employ an extra worker.

Unauthorised use of the AWU corporate name in the bogus entity, enabled her lover to open and operate unauthorised bank accounts also bearing unauthorised use the AWU name, then divert cheques payable either to the Union or the bogus entity ‘passing off’ as an official arm of the AWU, then launder and misappropriate over half a million dollars for his own use.

The subsequent “findings” about Gillard were a series of lame excuses and heroic assumptions advanced by the Royal Commissioner, essentially attempting to “whitewash” her pivotal role in the fraud.

On the Michael Smith News blog, the matter has been investigated for nearly five years and Michael has assembled and verified a vast trove of evidence and interviews from relevant people involved, far greater than done by the Royal Commission. He has been assisted by a wide cross-section of concerned professionals and dedicated amateurs from many fields.

The “findings'” and the evidence are being forensically re-examined, especially in the light of new evidence that appears to involve the use of forged letters both in the “fraudulent misrepresentation” and to mislead outside investigations and the Royal Commission.

Ms. Gillard’s ties with the GPE and the Clinton Foundation have sparked new interest in Australia and “The Australian” newspaper has this article, unfortunately behind a paywall but the hundreds of comments are well worth a read as is the article.

Michael and his researchers with the help of American Charles Ortel also have an extensive body of documentation on the Clinton Foundation and CHAI . A tremendous resource for anyone looking for information.

The sleeping giant of people power is stirring around the world.

  15. David A Anderson says:

The O is between the perverbial rock and a hard spot. Short of stopping all investgations, pardoning Hillary is his best option. Why? – because he is as guilty as her. A full investigation of Hillary crimes will reveal obstruction of justice on the part of the Os DOJ. Then The DOJ folk, finally under a real investigatin, will give up the O on a plea bargin.

This plus a dozen other scandals Hillary know about and can prove. Hillary has her own insurance policy.

Also the O emailed her under a pseudo name, and likely provably new all about her private server.

As it is rumored that Hillary screamed after an unsanctioned question on a NBC broadcast, ” If Trump is elected we will all hang by the noose” she is correct.

    Expect desparate measures.

  16. omanuel says:

    @ Martin,

The outer planets are mostly light elements (H, He, C, N) and an overabundance of heavy isotopes of elements like Xe-136 made by rapid-neutron capture at the time of the super-solar expulsion and trans-bismuth (actinide) elements like Th, U and Pu.

The outer planets are probably heated by self-sustaining nuclear fission reactors driven by neutron repulsion in cores of these actinide elements.

  17. bobl says:

Despite the Nixon case, I am not sure that Obama can pardon Hillary for crimes she has not been charged with unless there is at least one indictment against her to pardon. Also in play is that many of the crimes took place in the period between her Senate service and her SoS appointment. The pardon given to Nixon only applied to his period in office. Nor as I understand it does this prevent any non-federal charges. So the Violence incitement, Electoral Fraud, Misuse of a charity, whatever the NYPD has and even dumping of sewerage into a stormwater drain are still in play. The pardon only protects her from the email scandal, and some of the bribery that didn’t occur in a particular state jurisdiction. I’m not sure that on balance anyone’s interests are advanced by a Presidential Pardon, even Hillary’s, because so many of the accusations are state matters. If she was prosecuted for example in NY it would reflect very badly on Obama, and Obama only cares about Obama.

State AGs should be taking a long hard look at this mess in my opinion.

  18. Skeptic says:

If Hillary gets a pardon how about Assange and Snowden?

  19. Gail Combs says:

    “How about Assange and Snowden?”

Assange is not an US citizen and was/is not residing in the USA. Therefore he had ZERO obligations towards US law and the USA has no jurisdiction.

Most elected officials, military and law enforcement swear an oath including these words or something similar:

“I, —-, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…..

SEE :The 10 Biggest Revelations From Edward Snowden’s Leaks

Essentially the US government was spying on US citizens. This was SUPPOSED to protect us from MUSLIM Terrorists . However as we saw in the case of the Orlando killings the USA did not go after muslims targeting Americans and instead protected them.
Exclusive–DHS Whistleblower Philip Haney: P.C. Killed Investigation That Might Have Stopped San Bernardino Attack

…. “It was exactly what DHS was created to do,” …..

Haney and his fellow investigators found links from the Tablighi Jamaat network to “Hamas, al-Qaeda, global terrorist funding… I mean, every version of however you define terrorism was included in the initiative. Financial, direct support, overseas affiliation… you know, every color of the spectrum was in the case. It wasn’t just focusing on people coming on airplanes into a port in America. It was the whole complex, from A to Z, top to bottom.”….

This Deobandi network had a branch in San Bernardino, which rang bells with Haney the moment he saw news reports about a terrorist attack there…..

But he wasn’t on the case any more… because his initiative was deemed politically incorrect and shut down by the Department of Homeland Security’s Civil Rights and Civil Liberties division.

“They came into the National Targeting Center, either physically or through emails and correspondence, and said that we could not develop cases based on association with Tablighi Jamaat, and/or any Islamic group,” Haney revealed.

He charged this decision, which runs counter to the very purpose of the Department of Homeland Security and its charter to demolish the wall of separation between law enforcement agencies, was made because “this Administration is more concerned about the civil rights and civil liberties of foreign Islamic groups and foreign nationals than securing the freedom and security of the American public.”….

Haney said his superiors actually erased some of his files pertinent to the case, because they insisted the initiative had “gone in a different direction” and he was no longer authorized to add his data.
[There is a lot more in this article.]

And in a nasty twist the US government did go “in a different direction” targeting ordinary Americans who had served their country instead of these potential foreign terrorists.

    Napolitano stands by controversial report

…“This report appears to raise significant issues involving the privacy and civil liberties of many Americans – including war veterans,” said Rep. Bennie Thompson of Mississippi, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, in his letter sent Tuesday night….

Ms. Napolitano defended the report, which says “rightwing extremism” may include groups opposed to abortion and immigration, as merely one among several threat assessments. But she agreed to meet with the head of the American Legion, who had expressed anger over the report…

Mr. Thompson’s letter said, “I am particularly struck by the report’s conclusion which states that I&A ‘will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in rightwing extremist activity in the United States…

House Minority Leader John A. Boehner, Ohio Republican, said Wednesday that the department owes veterans an apology.

“To characterize men and women returning home after defending our country as potential terrorists is offensive and unacceptable,”….

Rep. Steve Buyer of Indiana, the ranking Republican on the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, called it “inconceivable” that the Obama administration would categorize veterans as a potential threat….

I was told by a retired Secret Service agent that ALL veterans of the military, Secret Service, CIA, FBI and the rest are on the US terrorist watch list. This means the US government is spying on THEM and not the potential muslim terrorists uncovered by Haney.

Given the above circumstances, I would say that Snowden was upholding his oath to protect the country from enemies domestic.

Spying on people who are foreigners, on mosques, muslims and flag burners could be justified in the wake of 9/11. However REFUSING to spy on that group and instead targeting the people who served the United States and those deemed ‘political enemies’ of the Progressives treads d@mn close to the acts of a tyrant.

  20. philjourdan says:

Obama will pardon her. And if he does, let it lie. However a pardon only works for PAST crimes. If they do not shut down the Clinton Foundation, then the crime is ongoing and a pardon cannot cover that.

  21. Gail Combs says:

Phil, Obama can ONLY pardon Hillary for FEDERAL crimes. That leaves the NYPD and all sorts of state crimes (or international).

Also if Obama pardons Hillary the Democrats will be known as the party of Crooks, Liars and Thieves not that we didn’t know that already.

Bill Clinton got away with pardoning Marc Rich who was on the FBI most Wanted List because it wasn’t ‘news’ This time they can not bury it.

..What really set Rich apart – and earned him billions – was his apparent willingness to do business with those who were off-limits. In spite of a United States boycott of Iran, Rich traded with the Ayatollah’s government even while 53 Americans were being held hostage in Tehran. He would go on to do business in Libya, South Africa (during apartheid), Cuba, and other countries under embargo or boycott.

Apparently comfortable with his business practices, Rich was said to flout tax laws as well. In 1983, Rich was indicted on 65 criminal charges, including tax fraud and racketeering. He was accused of having evaded at least $50 million in federal taxes, leading then serving U.S. federal prosecutor (now former Mayor of New York City) Rudy Giuliani to remark that it was “the biggest tax evasion case in US history.” Rich’s company eventually paid out nearly $200 million in civil penalties, but Rich and his business partner, Pincus Green, avoided prosecution – and prison – by fleeing to Switzerland. Rich refused to return, claiming he was not guilty and was instead the victim of overzealous prosecution. The potential punishment was steep: if Rich had been convicted, he could have been given consecutive life sentences in prison….

From a commenter/moderator @ Evilyoshida (Progressive blog I think) who seems to be quoting

…Nigerian businessman Gilbert Chagoury is well known as a close ally and business associate of Rich. The Nigerian media declared in 1999 that the “Gilbert Chagoury-Marc Rich alliance remains a formidable foe.” They sold oil on international markets together. In 2000, Chagoury was convicted in Geneva of money laundering and aiding a criminal organization in connection with the billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria during the reign of dictator Gen. Sani Abacha.

As part of a plea deal the conviction was later expunged.

Chagoury has been very generous to the Clintons in the years following the Rich pardon. He has organized an event at which Bill was paid $100,000 to speak (in 2003), donated millions to the Clinton Foundation and in 2009 pledged a cool $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. The Chagourys were also active in Hillary’s 2008 presidential bid. Michel Chaghouri, a relative in Los Angeles, was a bundler and served on her campaign staff. Numerous other relatives gave the maximum $4,600 each to her campaign.

In return, Bill has lavished praised on Chagoury over the years. In 2005, Bill was the Keynote speaker when Chagoury received the “Pride of Heritage Award” from the Lebanese community.

In 2009, CGI gave Chagoury’s company an award for sustainable development. In 2013, Bill showed up in Nigeria for a public ceremony involving one of Chagoury’s projects. When Bill Clinton had his 60th birthday party, Chagoury was an invited guest. Chagoury also attended the wedding of Bill’s longtime aide, Doug Band.

Then there’s Russian investor Sergei Kurzin. He worked for Marc Rich in the 1990s, traveling around Russia looking for suitable investment opportunities in the crumbled former Soviet Union.

An engineer by training, Kurzin has been involved in lucrative deals in Kazakhstan and other countries, including the lucrative Uranium One deal that involved Bill Clinton and Frank Giustra.

Russia bought 20% of all uranium production capacity in the US, a deal that needed to be signed off by the State Department when it was headed by Hillary Clinton. While the deal was going through, Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 to give a speech in Moscow, paid for by a Russian investment bank promoting the uranium deal.

Kurzin, meanwhile, donated $1 million to the Clinton Foundation.

The London-based Reuben Brothers have made a fortune thanks in part to their commodities firm Trans World Metals. According to the World Bank, they founded that firm with money from Marc Rich.

GEE, Marc Rich sounds like a really really nice guy who ‘richly’ deserved a pardon NOT!

  22. philjourdan says:

@Gail – I know it is only for federal crimes. But he will do it. If she is forced into a trial, then the evidence will lead to him, and as a private citizen, he will no longer have immunity. He would love nothing more than to send her to jail. But he would be closely following if that happens.

The State crimes do not involve him, and as you said, he has no control over them.

  23. pg sharrow says:

I would have to agree. The best solution is for Trump to move toward pardons for all those involved in the security problems of the last administration, Snowden and Ausagege as well, and let the investigation of the Clinton international crime syndicate continue under his new AG. Let a year go by to get his agenda well into the works and let the lefties think that they have slid by and then hit them hard before the run-up for the mid-terms…pg

  24. Gail Combs says:

    Sounds good pg,
Pardoning Snowden and Assange will help make the younger techies happy with Trump and encourage other whistle blowers.

Investigating the Clinton international crime syndicate, especially if pedophilia and kidnapping/human trafficking of young children is involved, will continue to sway the majority of voters away from the democrats.

I think that Wiener’s data is a real treasure trove and the DemonRats are scared to death. I really really hope it also includes plenty of information on the traitorous acts of Soros and sons.

  25. David A says:

    The Clinton Foundation A
and the email scandal are connected, the Foundation clearly give cause and motive to the email scandal. Both must be prosecuted if Trump is to let is pledge to be the law and order

  26. David A says:

    I hate my phone.
It is not political to prosecute Hillary for her actions as SOS.
The email scandal was insane, motivated by the corruption, and very likely harmful to the US
