OMG! Rough Language BUT a Very Good Point!

So I ran into this video at and it points out that were Global Warming really believed by The Powers That Be in banking, you could not get a mortgage on a property below 100 ft elevation. Yet they cheerfully loan.

Just OMG in your face obvious. Once in your face…

They call it “salty language”… well, F-bombs and MF-bombs abound… so more than a bit of salt, IMHO. But clear…

He has a very good point! Business is not in business to be altruistic. They have a legal and moral responsibility to make money. Period. Failure to follow those rules means they are on the ash heap of history.

And Banks do not appear to be going anywhere any time soon.

@EM: Its an impressive presentation, a bit rhetorical but logical at the same time. Very ‘Francis Bacon’ of him. He did not even have to get in to the science of it, just the simple economics.

There was an article today about how the Saudi Wealthies are investing in the Maldives, and that you can get a sea-level villa for ~ £11 Million and change. Same principle.

Never heard of the {MF-bomb deleted -EMS} before, but he has a way with words and is very persuasive.
